DANG MARTHY!!! LOOKING GOOD!!!

You are making it hard for me to decide what I want to try to do this winter... Viper or now this can!

It looks like while you tie into the passenger peg, you do not lose the peg correct?

Seeing this pic makes me wonder about saddle bags, hard or soft. Looks like the tip of the exhaust is relatively close. Are the bags safe from the heat?

Are you able to do the side can style with the Viper also if chosen?

I was about to pull everything off, then I told myself... Someone is going to ask!!! LOL Here you go. The only thing with the Viper is it doesn't comes with the mid pipe. So if I sell a Delkevic regular mount I end up with a spare mid pipe that I can pass down to someone who wants a Viper side mount, otherwise we need to find a mid pipe that fit there...

You think this is sick... wait to see the next one! I think the other one will be awesome!

I think I like the Viper side mounted better then the Delkevic. Still like the Delkevic mounted underneath though. Thanks for all the hard work and R&D Martin!

Where is the can bolted in the first pic? I can't see a bracket. Is it right behind the rear brake lever? I think I like it mounted better in the stock location. Will the silencer you have for the viper work for the Delkevic? Thanks

It a little bracket that goes form the bolt through the peg mount then to the Delkevic strap. If it was going to use the exhaust on my bike I would use the bolt that I have for the side luggage. I just drill through the aluminum post. I kind of like the exhaust under the engine too, but it doesn't look that bad on the side.

I don't think the heat is going to be an issue all the way back there. There's a good 3-4" gap in between.

For the regular set up nothing is supplied but the exhaust clamp. I did over 25K miles on mine with no issue, no rear support. For the side mount I will supply both clamp and a peg bracket and bolts. Still need to figure out a final price for the side mount.

That viper sidemount does look sweet!!
What kind of metal is the can made of? Would we need to use elbow grease to keep it that color with polishing or is it possible to get it some other way like a carbon fiber like looking wrap around it?

So if we go side mount.. you provide all the mounting brackets etc to help hold it in place. With the standard, it just hangs there and we would have to find something to give us that "extra security" of something holding it in place?

I love the look and sound of TBR exhaust on the 6R, but I also like the look and sound of the Marthy Viper and Delkevic exhausts as well. And as an added bonus we support one of our own. Can't wait to get my Marthy exhaust. Was wanting the Viper, but now I am not sure. I really like the look of the Delkevic. Great work Martin!

I myself have a TB exhaust, but I can tell you if Marthy would have offered his exhaust back in the hay day I would have went with Marthy. I can promise you wont be disapointed, Marthy knows what he is doing and he does a hell of a job.

Yes I agree I have a long list of mods I want to do but gotta try and save the $$

Just got the bike all put back together with the Marthy viper setup ( about thirty minutes after ups knocked). I was blown away by how amazing it sounds. Marthy has been great to work with and did a quality job.

I am not a gear head by any means but with the how to videos by mistahT it wasn't bad at all.

If you are on the fence about ordering from Marthy you won't be disappointed.

I bet you can't tell I'm smiling huh

I kind of dig the sound... I need to mod it a bit. It is suppose to hook up with springs... I need to weld a piece of pipe so I can use a exhaust clamp. It comes with a DB Killer also that I haven't fit yet... you can tell LOL

I did aim this one backward just for the sound check. I want to have your opinion on it. I kind of like it like that but if we want to have it aiming sideways, I might have to cut it a bit so it doesn't stick out too much.

I prefer the delkevic and viper cans just based solely on looks. They all sound pretty damn good. Not sure which I like better though.

YAY!!! Unless an unforseen issue comes up I will be able to do my M.E.S. upgrade this winter..

How my job was in jeapardy... We just got pulled into a meeting and told that they are actually moving us into a combination of new accounts they have. There MAY even be an opportunately to move into a higher position. Maybe not more pay but would be better hours and type of work that I would enjoy more!

Same boat, gonna have my wife get it for Christmas I've heard that once you go Marthy you can't go back. LOL! Save your money, it'll be worth it.

Picked up a new gytr muffler from a friend of a friend. only 50 bucks! love how it sounds much better than the Supertrapp

I just picked up the intergrated tail light and a fender eliminator along with the zx-6r mirrors so not much more left to do before the exhaust is a must ill def keep in touch with marthy and hopefully soon ill get one.
