What do you drive when your not riding?

I owned a 350Z for about 6months, took a real beating when trading it in. It was such a beautiful, but still affordable car, but in the end I just needed more utility. The motorcycle fills my need for speed now, plus those Z's can get loose if you're not careful; I had come from a front drive Prelude, so the tail happy Z gave me some pretty big scares.
As can see from first post, i came from powerful RWD car, and I also had a v8 3rd gen firebird so I'm used to it. I gota say though I'm enjoying it much more then my other cars just because its so much newer, response is so quick and def rips. Its got some mileage on it but you wouldnt know as engine bay and undercarriage is immaculate. Only thing i have problem with is the clutch. I bought it used with 78k on it, and the clutch is great for normal driving, but if you try to have a little fun with it , the clutch tends to slip but i mean with now 83k on stock clutch i wasn't expecting to race with it haha! I'll get a clutch eventually for it so i can run it down at the track once in awhile.

Wifes car is our main family run around, beautiful car, love driving it and she eats up the K's (miles) so easily in comfort.
Holden VE SSV Redline Sportswagon (6 litre V8, 6 Speed Auto)

My 4Wd for bashing around: Old Triton, 2 inch lift, muddies, etc etc

and my baby that sleeps 99% of the year: 1994 HSV VRII Clubsport - 5 litre, 5 speed, no electronics, just your right foot and a clutch.

So I'll start with my original toy, which has undergone quite a transformation since I got it my freshman year of college

1994 Jeep Wrangler
From this

to this :D

Then I wanted to go faster, so I bought a 98 Camaro SS, with some extra goodies to push it just over 400HP.

But then I had got that horrible first real job and needed something more road capable and better on gas than either of those, so I sold the Camaro for my currently daily, 04 C240 4matic

Of course I now have the 6r to replace the Camaro, but I see trading the C240 in the near future for a AMG C55 or E55 for a new daily. I really miss the V8 power and the sleeper look.

It's been a while since I've been on the forum, but wanted to post up what the Lexus looks like now. Still waiting for tires for the 18's, plus waiting on stripping and powdercoating as well.

I have lowered it, again... It's pretty damn low. Oil pan is about 2" from the ground... Time for a mild tube front-end and probably a custom skid plate.

This is how I had it for "winter" time:

And this is as of now:

This is what happens when I turn:

From the raised "winter" height to the current stance is 2" lower in front and about 2.5" in the rear.

Due to the amount of cars I've owned, I'll just list all the cars and then list the cars I currently have.

Cars Owned and sold..

1980 Oldsmobile Delta 88 (V8 RWD) Got lots of tail in TX during high school with this, was the only freshman with a car. I'd park in the senior parking lot just to give them crap.

1988 Cadillac Deville (V8 FWD) Taught me how lame Caddy's were

1992 Ford 150 (V8 RWD) Paid 900 bucks for this truck that was surprisingly more reliable than I thought for 900. Ended up leaving it with my dad when I left to CA again.

1998 Ford Explorer (V6 4X4) My mom was big on owning Exploders, we got our moneys worth on this thing before I ended up giving it to my best friend, who needed a vehicle for work.

2001 Ford Escort ZX2 (This was my pride and joy after high school. I had put 5k into this car and had HP go from stock 131 hp to 205hp from the motor alone. I even put a flame thrower kit on this thing. Got rid of it unfortunately, 2nd Transmission was going out.)

2007 Scion TC (V4 FWD) I was mildy impressed.

2003 GNC Yukon Denali (V8 RWD) I enjoyed this for about a year before I realized I wasn't a baller or shock collar. Also, the gas this thing ate was atrocious. Traded in for the next car on the list

2004 Mazda Miata MAZDASPEED (V4 1.8 Turbo RWD) This car right here, by far the best car I had ever owned. I guarantee I'll own this little beast again. I had this thing sideways so many times, I wish I had taken this to Mulholland Dr. This thing was pumping out 180 hp on a car that weighs less then a ton. Of course, there's a drawback to owning this. You get the "Gay" look, which I never see because I never kept the speedo under 90. It was like the car didn't want to go slow.

05 Harley Sportster 883 - First bike my father gave me. A chick wearing stilettos (was late to work, going to strip-club I assume) while driving ran a stop sign and caused me to bail off the bike. Minor damage (Replace front forks & Fender), ended up returning it to my father so he can convert to a rat rod.

Current cars on hand:

1991 Nissan 240sx (2.4 V4 RWD) I will never get rid of this car, has almost 250k miles on the same motor/tranny. I gutted the insides and installed 4-pt harness. Waiting to rebuild the motor w/Turbo to really get this thing going. Still fast and surprisingly still has perfect alignment. This car doesn't even have body damage or rust.

2001 Chevy Silverado (V6 RWD) I use this truck to haul stuff and maybe take it through some rough terrain. It has a 3" lift w/35" tires. Does great on gas since it ain't the V8 model.

2006 Hyundai Tucson (V6 FWD) This is the car I own, but gave to my mom. She still hasn't transferred it over to her name yet so, it stays on the list.

2007 Harley Sportster 1200 This bike might have been amazing if my father didn't leave it exposed to the elements for a year in TX. I probably put 4k easily into this thing with repairs. Barely took it out yesterday for work. Still doesn't compare to a sport bike. I'll just use it when I feel like listening to the song "Bad to da Bone".

2012 Yamaha FZ6R - You know what this is...

2005 Jeep Wrangler (V6 4x4) It was either this or the Subaru STI Hatchback. Seeing how I already have a motorcycle that will give me my need for speed, I chose this. I love this car even though its made by Chrysler GM. Even with the lame MPG, it keeps me from speeding. My GF uses this car for work.

Now here's a question for you all... What's your next 'Vehicle' going to be???

I'll probably sell my Silverado for another more beefier truck so I can haul camper/trailer.

First 4 wheeled vehicle purchased: 2013 TDI Golf Wagon.

Tease me for getting a wagon but it holds the skiis, snowboard, and mountain bikes, fetches the groceries without looking like an idiot (trust me, I would love a truck but city living is just mocking its utility), cheap on insurance, and will go 1200 km on a 55 liter tank. Oh and it's manual.

It's fun. :)

Maybe a little too low eh? Go wide body, make it a real VIP style... lol does it ride like shit that low?
Actually doesn't ride too bad, unless I hit a bump. My front upper control arms only have about 3/8" of travel before hitting. That's why I need to do the tube front, and when I get my 18's on, I'll re-pull the fenders.

I want to fender flares, but don't have enough money to get wheels that will fit with flares.
