Same here, got her out for that nice weather and weather went to hell soon after. Looks like its about to start getting nice finally, but not nearly warm enough for my commute. Can run out for some day trips though.

Yes and a bunch of other bits like the center stand, side stand, foot oeg mounts maybe the wheels spokes and hubs....but first the frame and swing arm so i can slowly piece it back together lol
Sweet, We may have to try and get together while I am down there. I will know more of the schedule once it get closer and we get a better look at the forecast.
Friday will be borderline on the commute low 44 high 68...if the low was 50.. I would say hands down yes...5 degrees at 55 mph for 20 min.... not sure I want to do that...
I really need heated gloves...if I had those it would be a no brainer. The jacket is nice and it helps...but my hands are what suffer first.
Can't wait to see those...going black I presume?

Do you have a specific painter you are using, doing it yourself?
I know a company that used to do one off painting/powder for customers as I used to work for them many years ago...

installed PCV and uploaded base maps for two brothers exhaust then reassembled.
I did some dank wheelies on the ducati yesterday and got the forks apart and soaking in kerosene for the honda

bike developed a very noticeable ticking noise from idle through the rev range over past 100 miles or so. took the fairings off to try and narrow down origin of the tick. while looking everything over and listening intently i noticed a nut had worked it's way completely off one of the headers and the flange was loose. 
found a spare nut, tightened all the headers, and voila the noise was gone. 
so if any of you guys have an aftermarket exhaust or even stock exhaust and hear something louder than the normal yamaha ticking, make sure those nuts are tight!

about 200 cold miles on it yesterday...it was supposed to get to 70...yeah that 63 isn't good enough at highway speed.

Been a busy couple of days for me!
Changed spark plugs
Flushed cooling system/replaced coolant
Changed fluid/bled rear brake
Replaced front brake lines with braided steel Spieglers (in red to match the red frame on my 2013)
Finally changed the front sprocket to +1 as has been recommended here
Lubed clutch cable
Replaced air filter
Adjusted free play on levers
I think that's everything...
Just have to put fairings/plastics back on, button everything up and she's ready to rip!
Also recently installed Givi V47 top case with Admore LED light kit. Psyched for some moto camping this summer

Just put on a brand new set of Pilot Road 3's. The reviews for these tires are off the charts so I thought I would give them a shot..hope they were worth the money, they were pricey. I only have <10km on them at the moment, from the bike shop back to my house so time will tell

I liked my pilot powers. I wabt the road 3 but am in debate on what ill put on the duc next. The perrilis just dont grab unless its warm and they are warm, i found my self spinning a lot of tire ladt weekend.

I set up a little paint booth out of pvc and mylar blankets and panters plastic and started plasti dipping the CLs plastic bits. Before painting it looked like a homless person set up camp in my garage XD

Today I Installed Leovince exhaust tip 8240, looks great and the exhaust sound it's a little more deeper, very nice sound. (not louder).

So does that exhaust tip require the full Leovince system? It doesn't attach to the stock exhaust right? Sorry if dumb question!
