Official seat cover group buy thread

**please read**

Ok we are going to do this in two batches of orders. For those who have confirmed color choices by tomorrow at noon you will be in batch #1. You will receive an email from Luimoto regarding payment either tomorrow or Thursday. Once payment is received it will be roughly 2 weeks for production.

Batch #2 you will have till next Wednesday the 12th to confirm your colors. You will then receive an email for payment and have an approximative 2 well wait time from then.

After that I will no longer be Manning this thread. All other orders will be between you and Alvin at Luimoto.

they look great and ill be excited to see them on other bikes, maybe in the future i can make up my mind but im not sure what ill do seat wise! its a shame i couldn't really join in but its probably for the best

The hardest part for me is to envision what they would look like on my bike :( And they're not even on their website. Makes it super difficult.

Dark Orange looks really close, I like the sample.

I tried to tear a carbon fiber and a normal vinyl sample, tough stuff

agreed thats what i kinda stumbled on my self specially with my specific theme

Okay I just spoke with the sales guy. looks like we will come to an agreement.

IM IN!!!! TWSS lol

Good news for all!! one of the things is that I have the ability to send them my seats (I have a spare bannana seat thanks to bert!) Im sure they will use it to design and moch up most of your guys seat covers (just an assumption) but anyhow this may get most of you too see exactly what you are buying on our seat installed!

also you need rep for seat cover group buy organizing you did! Thanks man!

Late for those of us who are on the fence. Because by the time they mock stuff up, this deal is over i think.

According to Alvin they do not need the seat for the basic colored seats without graphics. He has a computerized mock up of the seat from a prior fz6r seat they did the prototype on. They just need jt's since he is getting the "monster edition" so don't worry all you others he assures me he doesn't need a seat on hand for ours.

Well Jman posted good pics on the first post here... i assume the comment made recently was about seeing it on their bike that is a dif color???

yea its pretty clear that they already have the template well made and detailed I would not be worried about that

No I'm not worried about the template. I like how I can see the seats they have for the other bikes on their site with the different color options showing. Can't do that with ours because it's not on there.

Ok group ones invoices should have been sent for those with confirmed colors. If you did not receive an invoice but did confirm colors just pm me.

For all those awaiting samples and making final decisions you'll have till next Wednesday.

Again if you did receive samples if you could please post up some pics next to your bike it would be a great help to some I'm sure.

Im hoping to have my samples by this weekend.

Question, I'm going 2 tone route...but on both front and back seats there are 3 panels, for example the front has a center, sides, and bottom. If we wanted could we do say alternate colors back and forth, etc. Just curious how flexible the 2 color option is.

You can do whatever you want! He didn't really limit the color amounts of anything so it should be fine.
