Thats WAY high for a 3 year old bike... Just think, once you drive it off the lot, you now have a 3 year old USED bike. Your value just tanked down to about $5k. That price should be for a brand new '12.

I have made up my mind... after reading everyone's comments and researching further, I have decided on the FZ6R!!! Having the all important GREEN LIGHT from the wife (for financial reason & as well as others), it is now entirely up to me when to pull the trigger. The dealer near me has it for $7199+500 reg & doc fees + 7% tax = $8203.
Lastly, even though this is for the 2009 model, and it was a middleweight sportsbike shootout, I felt compelled to share, even though it may have been posted previously:
