What did you do to your bike today?

Mounted my ezpass and installed my LED integrated tail light and Puig rear hugger. Pretty productive day. With temps on the rise, I think my second riding season is about to begin!

Definitely. I'm on the east coast as well and two weeks from now, it's going to reach 60 degrees.

Taking the bike out of winter storage this week. Anybody have any tips on what I need to do? Chain was cleaned and lubed and Oil was changed prior to putting her up, sta-bil added to the full tank of gas, and it's been on the battery tender all winter.

Re lube the chain, that stuff dries and evaporates away after time. Other then that just start it up and take off!

Washed and lubed it after a one day, 425 mile ride from Key Largo around Lake Okeechobee. Big rain storm on the way home that also soaked Daytona (BikeWeek), and made the Supercross races there a lot more challenging, and interesting!

Put 400kms on it over the weekend mostly cruising with my buddy who just got a new cbr250r which is faster than my restricted 6r :surrender: but hopefully for not much longer. (really shows how much they restrict it in aus) :(

Did I read that wrong.. the 250 is faster than your FZ6R?

Yep sure is, 2012 cbr250r is faster than my restricted 2010 fz6r. Very sad times over here. I top out at about 140kms or 85mph where he easily gets to 170kmph or 105mph. Mind u I only have 40% throttle.

Got to ride mine this weekend! Did about 200 miles. 100 for tire break in, then 100 more of hard riding through Saulsville, WV and Hotchkiss, WV. The Q2's are sticky as all hell!

One thing I noticed this weekend though is that I can now hear a "Ticking" sound coming from the bike this year, however I did switch helmets, and the new one is a bit louder. I will check into some things though.

Took a Ride to work (is going to be around 70 today) but this morning was 41 feels like 35. Took a chance and froze my balls on the way here.

I hear you. I drove in to work today as well. My legs didnt do too well (Only have kevalr pants) but my hands and hands felt great. The winter jacket I got from a revzilla black friday sale, as well as the REV'IT! Bastion GTX Gloves really paid off.
