no shit? haha should have known when you said 19 weeks....well lucky for you I am currently active MP and went to FT. lostinthewoods.....im stationed in seal beach,ca attached to a navy unit. You'll have fun, but hate the shit out of it while your there. are you still making payments on your bike? any credit/loans --google SCRA it will help you. if you have any questions fell free to PM me im more than glad to answer any questions.

ps:sorry about the off topic convo people

Thanks for stepping up and offering this important information about SCRA.. Sure most service members have heard of this but for any who havent or are new... very good information.
its a shame when military members have so much at there disposal but no one informs about them. no problem:america:

well i also want to know what is winterizing... im new to riding and this is my first bike. since im in alabama no one has bothered really mentioning it to me but i plan on moving to seattle and it gets pretty damn cold there... ok not like BLIZZARD snow.. but still what is it and what do you mean take it apart... i plan on driving this all year

Don't do it!!!!!! Lol have fun bro not much to winterized just unhook ur battery and put stabilizer in the gas..... Ps the Marines are better haha but I'm biased cause I was one....lol

You were? To my knowledge from my marine counterparts, "once a marine, always a marine" haha

Congrats on enlisting!! I hear its tough work but totally worth it. I'm too girly to do anything military like.

Anyway, I don't really have anything to add about winterizing your bike so I'll just agree with what everyone else said..... I just wanted to wish you good luck at basic was why I replied! :D
