Decals or no decals?

How do you feel about decals on your bike? I'm thinking of taking off the ones I put on plus the fz6r decal as well. Do you think the bikes look better with minimal decals? I'm leaning towards just leaving the Yamaha on there.

My opinion is either simple and clean or go all out but thought out at the same time. when your in the middle it looks awkward.

Yea I know what you mean, just looking at my bike the other day and was just thinking yea i kinda just threw my one decal on for shits and giggles cus i had them from before.. If I had a whole theme going yea maybe now that i look i feel like I kinda just want to take everything off.

Thanks! I did it the other day. I took it off the clean and lube the chain and I had fusion krylon from other project. Wet sanded it down and sprayed it.. Waxed it up and and grime just wipes off.. I wanna do it one more time mayble with a clear so can maybe get glossier look.

I love it, I think I'm gonna go ahead with plasti dipping mine.

Colored plasti dip or dip then paint? I was thinking of doing that myself I have some from my previous car.

Colored, that's how I did my fake scoops too.

You giving me ideas now! Though only thing id have to say.. if you have lube often on your guard (may be my lube im using have some better stuff coming).. plasti dip may be harder to clean. After couple days of initial cleaning the guard really hasn't gotten that dirty but I do wipe it when I make it in to work. With the regular paint and it being waxed it wipes off easy though with plasti dip I can see it being harder to wipe clean.

Ok I think I've decided to remove my decals except the yamaha . Now I just need a day that I'm not actually riding it LOL!

Black looks good plain, but the white looks odd with no decals at all.

I removed all of mine except the "yamaha" at the bottom too, looks much better. Wish my tank decals were not cleared over or they would be gone too. Have thought about finding a newer tank white tank that did not come with the graphic such as yours.

Haven't poked at my graphics on the plastics, how hard/easy are they to remove. I removed the windscreen sticker and tank stickers asap. I only have the FZ6R logo and Yamaha logos on my plastic. Just gonna take off the FZ6R stickers.
