I can see not racing on those kind of tracks in the rain, but personally I think those tracks need to be scrapped anyways. Boring and dangerous. Big part of why I don't follow NASCAR like I did when we were actually racing. Short tracks, mile and a half are the biggest tracks they should be on besides the road courses. Throw some rain tires on for those tracks.
