so i was riding leisurely along a back road at 50mph. i came across a two cars,SUV in back and Chevrolet 2012 something, traveling under the posted speed limit of 35. on the ground was a double yellow. i being a speed demon decide to go around both cars. keep in mind the suv is blocking my view of the smaller Chevrolet. so i was speeding along going at least 70 now that i had to accelerate to get past the slowpokes. and i hear sirens. weeoooweeeoooo(sirens). i look to the front , the back i see nothing .saying to my self i didn't see any cops . the cop was behind me lol. Bam , the slow poke cop was undercover in an unmarked car(with the only thing to identify him were police lights inside the f$%#$ car, WTF). its ended up being a police veteran since 1986 that i crossed the double f#$% yellow on. end of the story is i got a citation, fine of 90 dollars and the citation was failure to stay right of center lines, with 30 days to pay. and a lesson in how to identify unmarked police officers.

BTW i was very polite to the officer ...i was happy he didn't charge me with speeding and evading a police officer....no harm done

It's the chicken shits like the guy hiding next to a bush at the bottom of a steep residential hill by my house with a radar gun pulling people over for 30 in a 25 (yes that happened to me) that piss me off.

Any unmarked Law Enforcement vehicle can conduct traffic stops and issue tickets. Trust me

In Texas you have to be certified as a Traffic Officer or else it gets thrown out. Besides Texas is not a "absolute state", meaning speed limits are not set into stone.

I'm the same way, if I deserve it i take it with a smile on my face. Talking about the hiding thing, something very similar happened to my 86yr old great grand mother in her Buick, she was ticket for doing 31 in a 25. It's stuff like that that I can't stand, the woman had literally never been pulled over in her life and was in her neighborhood, why even mess with her?

Yeah, I actually got lit up by a chopper spotlight in AZ a few months back. I was going 82 in a 55 not paying attention after a 14 hour day, and next thing I know I'ma be on Cops? I instantly ease up on the throttle and start cruising at about 60. Oh, right after it happened I passed a cop parked on the side. After a few minutes the helicopter took off, nothing happened. Bet they were laughing their asses off thinking how they scared the dood on the bike out of his wits, LoL.

Heck, I got pulled over (however that is), in my own driveway at my old place in Sartell, MN. On my road I swerved to avoid a big pot hole then 2 houses later pulled into the driveway. Cop pulls in behind me w/ lights on challenging me on the swerve and even challenging me on "you live here?"... Ohh I was getting annoyed. My wife was with and laughed her ars off at me after.

I would loved to have done that!! Except the chops in the area can be pains.. A few cool ones like Rook would be if he was a chop and not a deputy.

Is there a chance that the car that pulled you over was the new caprice ppv? If it was yeah I think I would have pulled over to because that's is wolf in sheeps clothes. Pretty much a Pontiac G8 GXP, that's 6" longer or for yall in OZ a Holden HSV GT

after doing some research into what type of car the cop was driving, it was a 2012 Chevrolet cruze. its as if many police forces are using this car an image search turned up many photos.
