How much did you pay for your FZ6R?

2010 XJ6 Diversion bought in Germany MAR2011, 0km on the Odometer. 5899 euros with tax...but I didn't pay tax. Wound up right around 7000 dollars total for me. I'm happy with it...but finding the power, particularly top speed on the autobahn, lacking. Ordered a +1 front sprocket and PCV to help remedy that...can't beat the comfort though (comparing this to my previous 2003 CBR600RR)
 
Just bought a new 2010 black w/gold rims for 7300 OTD after taxes. Picking her up tomorrow.:)
 
What did I pay?

I bought my FZ6R yesterday. A still new, 2009, yellow one. I paid $6300.00, total, out the door and that included tax, title , license. The dealer did not charge me the setup and freight. They had a white one there; you know the one with the black and pink striping. They offered me that one for $6100.00, OTD, but I wanted something with a bit more visibility. I'm happy with the price, and the bike, even if I had to pay a couple hundred more than I wanted to.
 
.. am I lucky !?

.. yep, am I lucky to get the cheapest 2k9 - yellow model, for 5,000 OTD ?!?! ... :-) .. dont think so. Not when I tried to get the best deal sitting here in Africa using the internet. ... naaaah.
 
I got close, $5500.01 OTD for yellow one back in December 2010. Now I tried to get the same deal and got laughed at, and denied by 3 dealers.
 
$7700 otd, tax, title, registration. Brand new 2010 Red and White FZ6R.
