How much did you pay for your FZ6R?

Came in the firstday and they wrote up the paperwork, and i walked out on them, then when I came back a few weeks later, I got it for 7k. You've got to be patient with them at let them no you're not afraid to walk. Once they realize you don't play games they'll bend over backwards to make a sale. especially in the econ.

Brand new and out of crate, I paid $4995 for the bike and after taxes, documentation, and registration it was $5557.19 out the door.

Where? What's the name of the place? Did you finance it?

I bought my 2010 FZ6R used with 690 miles on it. I paid $5700, came with a Shoei RF1100 Warlord and Pazzo racing levers, and Icon leather gloves.

White 2009 out of a crate: $5419.42 for the bike, $6,000 OTD (taxes, licensing, everything).

I actually paid the same for mine.

Hey neighbor, where'd you get yours? I got mine at Eastside Motorsports. I offered them $6K out the door price for a Blue one and I didn't expect to get it, so I was surprised when they took my offer.

Brand new 1.3 Miles 2009 model for $4,888, tax $526.75, license $98.25, doc fee $75, Freight/Setup $487 for a grand total of $6000.

Brazilian Price

Here in Brazil the FZ6R is XJ6F. I bought one in 03/04/2010 and Yamaha Motor Brasil and handed me the bike in 19/08/10!! It took four months and sixteen days to deliver the bike!!!!! Can you believe it?!? Here you can...

I´m paid R$31.750,00. For you understand better US$1 = R$1,80, so the XJ6F(FZ6R) cost in Brazil "only" US$17.630,00!!!! For example: A 2010 R1 cost US$33.000,00!! The new BMW S1000RR cost US$41.700,00 and sells over 200 units per month!!! Here everything is VERY expensive! You are in paradise!!!!

Sorry guys but my english is not good...

:jawdrop:

Holy Cow,,,, Crap thats alot of money! In Brazil are wages comparable to cost of goods that you purchase? By the way, welcome to the club, glad that you found it. You will find lots of information here.

In Florida paid $4599 for a new 2009 out the door. End of July Sale.

Did you have to pay tax, license, setup, and/or freight?

I think i may top the cake

I was in the market to buy a bike. I jumped on Craigslist and found this add in which this poor saps wife didn't want him to own a motorcycle. He was asking 5,700 for a 2009 fz6r raven, with 1,000 miles on it.

I was trying to get rid of my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4.7 v8 gas guzzling cager. KBB valued $3,900 US

I called the guy and explained that I didn't have anything to offer but my trade.

Needless to say, that night I was riding home with my (new to me) motorcycle.:Sport:

????????

It's already September & I started looking or wanting to have a bike like 6 or 7 mos. ago. Still no 2009 FZ6R in the garage
From what I've seen from all this forums, $6300 OTD is ok if not the best. I'm also considering the Ninja 650 R, because it's a little bit lighter. Just don't like the most talk about vibration and sound of this bike. The GSX650 F, too much weight for a 650....
If $$$$$ was good, I'd pick the FZ1 or the Z1000.
