Should not rattle at all.
In fact, it should be almost tough to close and lock the "door," once you have the camera in there, assuming you have the white rubber gasket in place around the perimeter of the case. That acts as both a water sealant, and "rattle inhibitor."

EDIT: That white rubber "locking plug" above is *not* what I was referring to. I was talking about the white gasket that sits between the case and the door.

That would depend on where the rattle is originating. If it's between the camera (and case) and the mount, then the locking plug will help. If it's between the actual camera and the housing, that's another issue.
