Weather is up and down here this week, but by the weekend and start of the following week looks like spring from there on.

62 this comming saturday! Hopefully i can get my bike done.
Got out and did about 175 miles yesterday with a few friends.
Then this morning I did a whole 3 miles on the mountain bikes with my wife for the first time in years. My legs are jello!

Bwaaah! MuHaHa! Laugh and laugh and laugh. Evil laughing. Pinky on the chin, (One million Dollars) laughing. BuwHaha!
All winter long, there's been a total of two weeks or so worth of days that I didn't ride. The longest stretch was about four days straight. I worried so much for my Tora Tanshi, that I was afraid she wouldn't fire.
Of course she did. Four whole days in a row without riding had me worried. Ironically my car sits all the time. It has a much harder time firing up, LOL.

Rode a total of 380 highway miles and absolutely loved it!
I cruised at 70-75 mph (rpm between 6 & 7) straight for 100 - 120 miles during both legs of the trip and was quite amazed at the stability and comfort level of the bike. I also had v35s on throughout the trip and enjoyed the whole experience very much.

Been riding on and off for the last month or so. I did get out but didn't really go anywhere fun or far. On the other hand, I haven't drove me car in a week

I ended up getting about 100 miles in on it. Since my wheel bearing on my truck just went bad (replacing today after work) either rode the bike or my girlfriends car. Maybe I shouldn't fix my truck and just suit up and ride the bike more. Bought the bike brand new 3 years ago and only have 3,500 miles on her. lol

Season's first ride on Saturday!
So Saturday's ride was absolutely gorgeous, 57 F and sunny. While we were in town I was getting hot in my gear. On the other hand, on Sunday, 54 F and cloudy, and I am freezing! Fingers got so numb I could barely feel the earplugs to take them off after the ride...
Regardless, it was great to be back on Gracie after September's knee surgery and I was very happy when she fired up with no problem at all after sitting all winter. We kept talking about putting the battery on a tender but never got around to it and after all the no-start stories here on the forum I was mildly worried. Didn't have to be, though!
Love my bike!
Also, had my hair colored professionally (for once, usually do it myself) on Saturday and the red with the lighter highlights matches my 2011 copper bike really well!

Temps above 50. I rode into fall into the mid to upper 30's, but that was a slow aclimation. For spring I want to start at atleast 50.. (on my weekend)

I wanted to ride, but I woke up Saturday and felt like I was in the movie "The Hangover" I seriously felt like I was roofied. I swear I didn't drink too much, just must have a been a combination of not drinking too heavily on vacation for two weeks and not eating enough Friday night. I went to a sick electronic show "Dirtyphonics" and I only remember the opener. I guess I was out all night with my friends though until like 3am. My girl woke me up the next day on the couch and it hit me, I couldn't remember ANYTHING! :banghead: FML, I am going to take it easy on the hard A for a while

Haha, I know I have said that before and never really works after a couple beers, "ok bring on the shots!" :spank:
I have another show I am going to next Friday and if I blackout for that one I am going to be so pissed!
Yeah, sucks when someone has to fill you in on what you did the night before. Usually how my nights went. Especially when stationed in Scotland. We used to drink as a shift at 7am. :iconbeer::rockon:

The new windshield worked great, the bike felt more stable to me. There also wasn't a channel of air directed into my chest. This weekends weather is looking good and I don't have to work, yay!

Went out Saturday for a couple hours, was nice to actually ride it again. Got the good rain Sunday afternoon to wash the remaining salt off the roads and is supposed get warm again this coming weekend.
