nope, some members are very afraid to put up even a city/state.. we had "NoWhere" ,"USA", "NorthEast", "Virginia"....

granted a state/province is better than "USA" or "Canada"... but we just had a bunch of new members asking about rides in their area, and we had no idea what area they were in
