Photoshop help

So... I need to see if I can get some help. My wife and I are going to have a canvas print of one of my photos done for her brother for Christmas. I know the picture he wants since he's told me before he'd like a print of it. My only issue is that there are people in the shot that I would like to have photoshopped out. Not having photoshop, I'm hoping that someone on here could help me out. The image attached is the one I'm looking to have done. I can Email you the full size image to work with.

Personally, it's far from my favorite image I've taken and I'd never bother printing it for myself. But something about it caught his eye and he's been wanting to get it printed for a long time now. Just think it would be lame having Tourist Bob and his family in the middle of the shot if I'm going through the trouble of having this printed lol
