Oil Filter?

What's your guys thoughts on "Bikemaster" brand oil filters? I didn't see it on the list on the first page. Are they good, bad, decent? My local shop sells them for $7.75

My last oil change I threw on a Fram oil filter from Walmart and now from what everybody is telling me and from what I'm reading, it sounds like they are garbage. I'm just looking to switch to something different. And yes I know about the K&N filters and I'll probably get one, but I was still curious about these Bikemasters. Thanks

I havent used one on the 6r, but my cousin does on a ninja 250.
Its a paper filter, but the bikemaster comes with both gaskets for him, and the kawasaki filter doesnt include any.
Iv seen a new oem filter for his bike, and a bikemaster side bye side and the bikemaster was nearly identical, except for the price and gaskets

Pretty much anything but fram and you should be alright. Fram is known to be crap. A fram filter was the exclusive reason my stealth was losing oil pressure a few weeks ago.

I can't recomend highly enough the Purolator PureOne filters. They've been proven to be the best on the market by several independant tests, and are relatively inexpensive.

If you have the room, I recommend the longer filters.

I highly highly recomend the purolator pure one filter PL14610 for less than 6 dollars it is one of the finest available.

Just wondering what type of credentials this expert has?
He recommends filters that made for cars (Purolator Pure One PL14610) and does not recommend those that are designed for motorcycles (Purolator ML16817, K&N KN-204). Also among recommended are the filters by Walmart.
