Delkevic exhaust observation?

My bike came with an 8” Delkevic exhaust and I notice that it is ignorantly loud at idle but once you give it revs or ride it, as soon as you climb above 4k rpm it starts to smooth out and loses that harsh raspiness that it has at low rpms.
I’m wondering if this has been others experience with this exhaust or is it just the way my bike is setup with stock air filter and tuning? I have a Power Commander and I am running the Hindle map that HCU hooked me up with. Also have a K&N air filter on order.

Does your Delkevic do the same thing or do I need to change something?
I’m thinking about ordering the quieter baffle for it, has anyone used that?

After checking out my bike more thoroughly, it looks like I already have the extended baffle. From what I can see there are no holes in it around the outside which the stock Delkevic baffle has and it extends into the muffler past the gasket…

Just get a longer silencer?
