Crash cages?

Whenever I ride, I see alot of bikes with crash cages, and I think they look pretty damn cool. What do you guys think? I wonder if I'd be able to have one made for my 6r..

shouldn't need more unless your stunting! 6R not exactly the right bike for that.

I guess you could make one solely for aesthetics if that floats your boat

Mod my 6r to look like a stunt bike.?

Hmmm.......... I shall start with modding my exhaust to fit a slip-on.

if you try hard enough and clutch it like crazy you can get it to wheelie and prob burn out but by no means is this bike anything close to a stunting bike

way too heavy no where near the power needed just the wrong bike for that in my opinion

those the big bars you see surrounding the engine on say a Harley? Im thinking the extra 20 lbs is not needed lol. These are heavy enough.

Those are Cruiser bars for the same thing. The Sport Bike bars look quite a bit different. Check out DoubleT90T on youtube, or better yet, check out CrazyCawi's profile... just click his name on front page to the right by top post whore! :D If he still has it pictures, he had crash cage on his ZX6R.

EDIT: Shoot I guess he doesnt have it in an album or in his profile. It was a bike of the month a few months ago

go for it if you want a crash cage just know that now you have extra bit of metal sticking further out and it will cause you to wreck if you take a turn with to much lean i have seen wrecks happen because the cage rubs the ground it happened to downshift83 on his r6 i believe so if you canyon carve dont get a cage.
