Air box mod So i broke down and done it, i mod the air box. I drilled 1.5 holes in her, put her all together and started her up. Started fine idle good lets give the throttle a twist. And man the rpm flew all the way to red line wouldnt stop. I freaked out shut it off started it back up and...

I have to agree the 2013 just look to flamboyant for me. I think yamahas best paint scheme was in 2011. But i do like the frame being painted, i think it would look sweet if it were done like that on the copper one.

agreed In my opinion Yamaha 2011 paint schems were the best of all time the 6R and R6 ex specially!!! The red and raven:cool:

Has anyone had any problems with carbon fiber or any other tbr that has the fiber glass inside the can?. It states that it must be repacked every 3000 miles or be replaced, or it will burn the can up.

Btw have you had any problems with the fiber glass? have you had to repack it or order a new kit?

Thanks for the input, but had to loosen the locknut under the cow to gain the free play that is required. I just cant figure out where it went though?

I just got back from along ride and had noticed that Ive lost all free play, no matter how far turned it. Does any one know why this would happen, and is it bad? I ride hard keeping revs around 7-10.:confused:

Well I got all my goodies in the mail yesterday,such as my 182 l.e.d. Light kit and my flush mounts only took a few hours to install looks great love her new look
