Here's the easy way... $9200 OTD!Thank you for the quick response it was really helpful. So I there a way to get the 6r to 100 horsepower
Keep in mind stock rear wheel hp is around 67 hp, so low 80's at the wheel is a huge improvement especially since some of the mods lighten the bike as well (exhaust, fender eliminator, Flush mounts, clip-ons, etc). At the crank it should be pushing low 90's. I'd love to hit the 100hp mark, but don't think it'll every happen. I'm happy with the improvements that came from the full Marthy power package. She pulls so much harder now. She never had much below 4k anyways. I definitely don't see the need to upgrade anytime soon with the way she rides now. When I'm financially ready for an upgrade I'm leaning towards (Ninja 1000, FZ1, and GSXR 750). Gixxers riding position isn't too bad for a super sport. The other 2 are pretty relaxed positions. Just can't bring myself to get a cruiser yet. Maybe someday though (50's or later). That should get you in the low 80HP at the wheel @ 10500 RPM or so. Not much, like nothing under 4K but wale up pretty good once pass 4K. Great mid range gain and pull hard all the way to 12500!
Exhaust & tune is about 5-8HP gain. About the same gain with FZ6 cams.
