well, for now, my $2500 is in the bank until I purchase the Honda CB1000r.
and i will store it in the garage.

Garage at my house. Once winter comes it stays in the garage at my work... yep my boss is awesome!

It only rains here about 5 days a year... and you get plenty of notice, so I'll throw a cover on it, if it starts raining or if the weathermen are calling for a "storm".
I just bought a nice shed for a more permanent storage solution since we're kind of crowded for storage space and have plenty of property space. I plan on leaving my bike out on days I'm gonna ride to work and then putting her in her shed on $hitty days. She'll be stored in there over the winter too so I don't have to keep shuffling her around.

Same here. Makes me very happy keeping it in a climate-controlled environment in the winter.
In the future, you can make a poll when posing multiple questions if you wanted. I keep mine in my basement which is the same level as my garage. I got very lucky as the door that leads to my basement is very narrow however if I tilt in the mirrors it is able to squeeze through. There is a small step or ledge that I have to navigate & will probably get a piece of plywood or something to create a make shift ramp to make things easier.

Figured. I usually don't put mine away in the garage at home until the end of the day. I keep it under the roof at work most of the time when I'm there
