I have been really big into trying to get healthy since about feb. this year. Out of the acadamy I was 215 in about a years time I was up to 240 , Since Feb. I have been running and lifting weights hardcore everyother day and have not had much sucess in getting rid of my gut but have gotten pretty big everywhere else. I finally have deceided to put the weights down and go with a hardcore cardio program. Insanity is tough , its the hardest thing I have ever done , but in three weeks I have lost almost 4 inches off my waist alone. If your trying to lose weight , this is the way to go , Ive tried some of the P90X workouts and its good for getting ripped but .......you need to get the fat burned off before you go into something like that. The workouts in the first month range from 40 minutes to about 60 , second month add about another 15 minutes . Its really worked for me , If I could post pictures on here I would but I still havent been able to figure out how the hell to do that .
