Keep saving.
Eat poptarts and milk for breakfast - (about $1.00/day)
A microwave burrito and a potpie for lunch ($.35 burrito from aldis and .78 potpie from walmart)
Ramen noodles and a vegetable for dinner. (Noodles about .25 from walmart, vegetable varies)
Fruit as snacks (apples and bananas)- very cheap.
Multivitamin.
A day of food for $7-8. Over 2000 calories. Drink water, never get sodas. That's unnecessary $$
Rice is a good alternative to any of the above. You can also buy a pound of chicken, some chicken broth cubes, and noodles and make some homemade soup that will last 2-3 lunches.

Money is super tight for me in nursing school. The last 3 months I have lived for under $1000 (not including rent, cell phone, and internet bill).
