Well, got my new gear today:

AGV Sport Willow Leather Pants

Rode for a little bit with the pants on tonight. It will take a little time to get use to it, but I'm pretty happy with my purchases.

I got the same pants. And yes they took a bit to break in and get use too. I was talking to JSP... I'm planing a ride to Oregon late july/Aug... of next year. Will you be free around then?

It's a ways out, but shouldn't be a problem for me! I always take vacation during the summers here anyways!! It'd be sweet to meet you!

Definitely nice for the price tag! I love my new jacket too. It is a little shorter in the torso than I thought it would be, but it works.

Also, the zippers are opposite, so I can't zip them together. I'm going to look into having the zipper on the jacket popped off and sewn on the other way...

I'm as skinny as I've been in 10 years though, so I've got room to grow as it were. I think they're really comfy and soft for as thick as they are. Same here. I have room to grow, but I can't grow! I've been the same size for about 7 years now.. Can't seem to gain any weight no matter how much I eat! They fit well in other areas, just not around the waist. I really need to get the zipper thing figured out though.

Finally got word about the name decals I sent in to have made. They are finished, just need the extra cash and time to go get them. Once I get them and put them on, i'll take pics and post up here.

Hopefully they turn out like I'm hoping they would... *fingers crossed*

Something else to add. I had my mother look at the zippers on the jacket and pants. Was really simple, took her about 5 minutes to do. She popped the seam of the zipper, on the jacket, took the other half of the zipper that came on the pants (zipper on jacket had different teeth, so it wouldn't work any way you try) sewed in the new zipper and now I can zip my jacket to my pants. Feels a lot more secure and keeps the jacket from riding up my back when I lean forward...
