Looks great, congrats on the awesome HID setup. Chad's da man!Here are some pics from the AHR FB page. I havent had a chance to take pics yet. Im hoping to get a chance to at least START (sigh) the install this weekend.

I know. I got up at 4:45 this morning for a 10K. And I have to get through the honeydo list and spend time with the boy. Tomorrow Im shacked up working all day and out of town next weekend. So hopefully sometime this evening I can at least get the headlight back on and connected...probably a trip to the auto store for some quick connects for the angel eye.
Wont have it back on the road until I finish all the other installs and lighting and stuff. And need to so an oil change. Sigh

So, I've got my light back in the front, and it looks amazing. Ran in to a small issue, looks like one of the headlight bolt locations broke off in transit (see pic). So I've got to let that sit overnight with some gorilla glue, just to see if it will hold. I know its secure w/o it but still.
I've temporarily laid the wire to connect everything. Going to the store in a bit to get some connectors for the angel eyes to tap in to the running lights.
Couple of questions:
1. On the right side, which wire is the running light (don't want to tap in to the signal)? I want to say blue is running light.
2. Where is everyone putting the box in the pic below? I'm stumped where to bolt it, or, to zip tie it.
3. Stupid question, but I've been up since 4:45...connection the ground/black to the battery first, right?

In reference to the wires on the signals, you have blue - striped red, black, and brown if my memory serves me correct. Blue Stripe Red is your power (running lights), black is your ground, and brown is your flasher.
If you are referring to the relay as the (box in the picture), you can tuck it into either side of the frame underneath the airbox. Remove the gas tank and airbox (be prepared to loosen the allen bolts (4 of them) that are connected to the throttle bodies... as welll as the others that anchor it to frame and it just pops off. Have a clean rag handy to lay over the throttle bodies while you are doing your work. Then just line them up and pop it back down (the airbox) over the engine and tighten the bolts back up. Long allen wrenches help with this part. Also, if you do decide to mount the relays down there, when you go to put the airbox back on.... make sure the little rubber knotches are correctly lined up on the clamps that tighten around the throttle bodies... if not they won't seat properly when being tightened down.
About your battery question,
Our frame is steel, so you aren't going to have as many problems with conductivity as one with an aluminum frame. If your ground clamp won't reach your black nut on your battery, you can anchor that ring underneath any bolt or plate along the frame. (as in the fairing mounting anchor nearest the tail of the bike on either side.) and remember, you are dealing with DC(Direct Current) not AC(Alternating Current)

JT tucked his wires along tank and mounted ballast and relay to bracket for headlight mount. I'm not taking my tank off. LOL! Just did that a month or so ago.

Yep, to each their own. I am a perfectionist so everything get's mounted perfectly and zipped tied / heat shrinked / soldered. I take off my tank for various maintenance about once a month so no big deal to me.
