I am tired of Contacts..... Has anyone here gotten Lasik done???

They charge per eye. Most people guarantee 5 years of vision bit then ot starts deteriorating . It obviously varies. I have seen some as low as 1500 per eye so shop around and ask the , ed office for customer references. Just an added piece of mind.

Where did you go? Was it the place I keep hearing on radio statoins in our area? I have been thinking about this for a while now, but my eyes are not all that bad to begin with.. just hate wearing contacts and glasses so been using the last of my contact supplies before I make my decision.

I went to PineCone Vision Center in Sartell, MN. At the time they were about 5 miles from my house. Now that I moved to Maple Lake they are about 35, and are Out of Network for the regular eye exams with my insurance. However, I like them so much that I take the lesser reimbursement from insurance and just pay the balance of my exams via my FSA account and drive the distance. - also sent by PM

I could read fine but couldn't see at distances so I had Lasik done on only one eye.

Crazy thing is I can read great without glasses and see at distance great as well.

Changed my life.

I would sell all my guns except my AK, 870, & XD-9 if needed to continue having LASIK....greatest money ever spent I tell you that.

Would pay triple what I did now that I know.
