Bike for friend 4' 10" - Sugggestions??

One bike i see no one has made mention of:

The Suzuki Savage or S40 Boulevard.

Savage was introduced in 85 as a 4 speed, and stayed as such through the 80s. In the 90s they added a 5 speed to it. Basically a tall freeway gear.

Its a 650 big single, air cooled, electric start, that weighs in at about 350 lbs with a VERY low seat height, and isnt 250ccs

I have this for sale at $3000. It is listed at $3500 on cycletrader.
It is a 2010 SE 250R. It has a black double bubble windscreen, stebel nautilus airhorn and a gsxr 600 exhaust that has not been installed yet. It has 5690 miles.

That would be a good deal! I just pay off my 6R loan (5200) so I'm kind of short on cold hard cash right now... I don't have the 3K right away.

I was considering a new S40 for a while, until I read about their long standing problem with cam chain adjuster going bad. There's a way to fix it, but I can't in good conscience buy a bike that has an obvious problem which Suzuki hasn't bothered to fix in well over a decade of production.
