why CAPTCHA so often?

It makes me do CAPTCHA on almost every post and post preview!

(But didn't for this thread, or this edit to say so.)

I hadn't posted in a little while and just noticed that myself. In fact it made me do it twice for a post and then twice again to edit it. It's never done that before. WTF???

I think that it's unnecessary this CAPTCHA, I have rarely seen spam in the forum.

That's cause the mods do a great job of banning and deleting them!
