Well that is true but what this signifies is that Aluminium being a good conductor is able to absorb that heat and dissipate well, whereas the C/F is not letting the heat out and has to bear it for a longer time even after the bike is turned off, which in turn causes all the issues that ppl are talking about.Carbon fiber cans heat up much less than the aluminum ones. You can grab onto it even after the bike has been running for hours.
Was this the Original Series, or the Black or Silver Series?I had a TBR black series C/F on my 6R and never had any issues at all in about 30,000 kms.
