Spark plugs recommendation

Hi, is almost time of the annual service of my bike. I would like to change the spark plugs with ones that last longer.
My car has OEM platinum spark plugs need to be replaced every five years. There will be something like this for the FZ6R?

Ok, I read some post, and the proper iridium spark plug is the NGK CR9EIX.

In addition:

I see the the CR9E is the reccommended plug, any benefits to installing a CR9EK that has a double ground strap? (which my '09 FZ6 runs)
