Smashing a hole in the exhaust...

There was a video on youtube a while back where a guy literally smashed a hole in his exhaust to make it soundbetter.

He stuffed a long screwdriver down there and just smashed about...

I'm wondering if anybody else has seen this video? I can't find it and I wanna see what it sounds like before I do it haha

I have seen it I dont think its worth doing. why do the stock exhaust mod with an larger tip?

That is a "Mod" that has gone around here a few times. I'm pretty sure a bunch of people on the forum have done it. It makes the exhaust sound a little louder, not sure what ill effects may come about with doing that though.

tried the screwdriver trick.
waste of time.
got a scorpion rear can and went to a place in nottingham and had the box cut off the headers and a stainless link pipe made to the rear can sounds mint.
and a lot cheaper than a new full system.

I actualy have a "stock exhaust mod" laying around if anyone is interested send me a PM.


Although the cost of shipping alone will be more than if you mod your stock exhaust. If you cant go marthy do that. the screwdriver mod is not worth the time and effort IMO
