Thanks, it was great actually, I wasnt nervous at all, well the only thing i was nervous about was pedestrians, they love to jaywalk here, im not kidding like 100 people a year die from jaywalking here, so i was careful about that, but otherwise it was awesome i didnt kill the bike once, i almost did!!! but pulled the clutch in again before i did lol!

Wow, what do u miss about vegas? lol most people here are rude, and self obsessed!! not all of them. very different from the mid-west, i guess its just not my kind of hospitality, we arnt partier's either, we've been to the strip twice in....4 years lol.

Me and my buddies use to go there on weekends back in the days... in Montreal. Where I'm from. I've been to few strip club here in the US, and some of them were suppose to be top of the line. Nothing to compare... all I have to say.

If you want to do "hands on exploration"... go to Mexico...lol :jerk: :wreck:

There was a time, when stationed in Tacoma, WA, that I had a bud who had a similar mindset to my own. We'd hang out at the strip clubs on the weekend and have deep social and psychological discussions on everything we were seeing. Why the girls were doing it, why the audience was there, even why we were there. You name it.

The girls were a wonderful backdrop to our conversations. Deep, intelligent conversation with naked women gyrating for our pleasure. It was good times. Looked at from a different perspective, it was just weird. OK.

Conversations with the strippers mostly yielded answers such as "Working my way through college." or "The money's good." or sometimes - "It's just fun, and it turns me on."

The clientele ranged anywhere from the lonely guy who needed to see some nudity to the salesman with a group of oriental high-rollers, trying to seal a deal. And literally everything in between.

Goes to show you never really know what kind of person is either in the audience, or on the stage.

Much like the rest of life I suppose. Before someone says it: Nope not smoking anything funky. Just a few beers, a naturally inquisitive mind, and a whole lot of worldliness coupled with a glorious naivete towards life. Much now as then, LOL.

OK. Just watched the vid. Seriously digged the tune. Gotta add that one to my collection, soonest!

You know what part of the lane to ride in, and when. Believe it or not, that's huge! You're husband seems supportive and intelligent. He asked the right questions, at the right times.

The fact the music ran when you were moving, and stopped when you were stopped? All the obvious, and less obvious possibilities aside (including the fact that you just stopped the music for the conversation), I'm thinking you're just like most riders. It's good when you're going, and it sucks to have to stop.

Honestly, It looked to me like you did pretty darn good! You should consider some alone time on the backroads.

You're obviously supporting and loving husband is the perfect guide to get you there. You seem ready for it. Just yourself, your machine and the road.

No need to push it. Just cruise and ride and love it. You can do it at your own pace, once your out there. You and hubby no doubt have cells. You're never really out of contact, if you feel the need to stop and call.

Your an intelligent woman, I seriously doubt you'd do anything overtly dangerous. Talk it out between the two of you of course. But in my personal opinion? A solo flight on some backroads would do your confidence and skill some wonders of good.
