How hard is it to change Front Tire?

I just saw a nail stuck on my front tire and the air pressure is down. I wanted to see if it's hard to replace the tire by yourself. I tried searching the forum with no luck. Does anyone have any experience with removing and changing front tire? If so, can you give me some pointers? is there a easy way to break the bead?

Is there a CycleGear near you?? I think they have a deal where they will remove the old tire from the rim, mount the new one and balance it, if you buy a tire from them. If memory serves, I think it was $25 for this service??

My old tires were worn out and they were having a sale.

Taking the front rim off was fairly straight forward, remove brakes, remove caliber housings, remove axle bolt. I hung the front end from my garage rafters using straps and a hoist.

Its pretty straightforward getting the wheel off, as for the tire i left that to the shop to deal with as i didnt want to scratch my rims. But it was a two person job getting the tubed tires off my cl350.
