FZ6R and XJ6 Diversion rear shock?

ok so i was wanting to beef up my rear suspension to match my front when i do it, and i was wondering if the XJ6 Diversion's rear shock is the same as the FZ6R becuase i found a place that has ohlins rear shock for the XJ6 Diversion. IF they are the same then i will probably purchase it.

I wouldnt think they would be different...but $ 1000 ...i could see you spening it on something more benificial for the bike...just my .02

i will have to look it up . i have had major trouble with progressive suspension for my gl1800. i sent them a shock for service , they had troubles , and they dont make it any more . so far they did not even send me a box of parts back . that was months ago . well i called and said , do i need to call a lawyer ? well there trying to get me a shock . it was only a few years old and i was told to bad , its obsolete :sinister:

for the bike or a new bike if it's that big of a deal. O_O just my thoughts on it...
