So, New to the forum. Anyone want to tell me the cool things about it besides the obvious. Also, Wondering if their is a cheaper way than spending $1200.00 on a aftermarket exhaust and juice box.

It wasn't terrible getting the headlight apart. Once you bake the headlight housing to soften the glue/sealant, it just needs pried apart with a screwdriver or putty knife. I would suggest the putty knife because it is slimmer and wider and shouldn't damage the housing.

pretty much 03-05 r6 slip on will work with the header all you need to do is figure out the mounting point...i wanted to keep my rear foot pedal so that whe i trade it in i dont have to worry about the dealer marking off the value

So in the end with your R6 header setup were you running too lean or too rich? Was thinking of getting a Juicebox instead of a PCV and not spend money on the dyno run. Juicebox only adds fuel though so it works if it's running lean.
