FZ-07 Gauge Upgrade

Is it at all possible to install the gauge from the new FZ07. Would love to have the gear indicator and just overall better gauge setup. I am guessing its to new as i could not find any threads anywhere with someone asking about this.

There are aftermarket gear indicators available that work on most bikes,
as far as the FZ-07 being compatible with the Fz6R -I sincerely doubt it being that the FZ6R is circa 2009 tech and FZ-07 is 2014

I saw the aftermarket options which will likely be a way I go.

Though i really like the look of the new FZ series of gauges. Thinking at worst it would be a couple sensor changes I was hoping someone else had done the grunt work on switching it out for our setup lol.

I think you would have to run another wire to the engine for the gear indicator. The after market ones work by like setting your rpm ranges up. Let me know how it works out i have always hated two things on this bike, no gear indicator and no fricken hazard lights which i will never understand.
