Recommend this to anyone. I wear the full impact rig (this unit plus elbow/forearm and shoulder armor) underneath a motocross jersey on hot days when I'm just out farting around. I have full leathers for when I really push, but this system is more than enough protection for normal riding, works well, is very comfortable, and helps keep you cool. GLWS

This vest is amazing, i love wearing it under leathers. Im a size 44 US and 54 Euro, weigh 170-175, 5'7. the one i have is Lrg - XL and it fits wonderfully, so if your iffy about the size dont, Icon runs smaller in size. so go one up
