Question Do I need to tune my bike if I remove the cat but keep the o2?

I have a 2012 FZ6R, I bought a full exhaust from black widow exhausts. I will be keeping my o2 sensor but going catless. Do I need to tune my bike if I remove the cat but keep the o2? Thanks!
