Hey i was looking but couldnt find a tut on how to conver a fz6r into a streetfighter fz6r, anyone know of a good tutorial or video for this? i know its pretty self explanatory just remove the plastics a remount the headlight/speedo. I guess all i need to know is wht brackets i should use.

I thought about making a video when I did mine, but you're absolutely right, it really is self explanatory. I actually zip tied my speedo to the clutch cable and part of a metal bracket, and got a pair of cheap eBay fork brackets for my dominator style headlights. Tah-dah.
Obviously if you want a nicer speedo solution you'll have to fab something I'd guess. If you're using the stock headlight and mounting it FZ8 style maybe you can glue/tape/zip tie/scew/bolt it into the top of the headlight housing?

Well, my particular FZ6R has probably gone through more changes than any other one on here except maybe the great Marthy. Black, blue, green.... You gave me an opening to post some pictures so I'm taking it!!!!
Anyway, back to the task at hand.
Here are some pictures of my streetfighter. Dominator style headlight (which I would NOT recommend!!) The brackets were from eBay, 10 or 15 bucks, had to use my own nuts and bolts for the outside of the bracket, just search for brackets and 41mm I think, but don't quote me on that.
Zip ties held the speedo securely (even though I couldn't see it well at that angle) but I also had low clip ons, so using stock bars might not yield the same results.
Any other help you need, post up and I'll do my best to help you out!!
