I think that my gears shifting became rougher. Especially switching from 1st to 2nd I need to put more pressure and feels harsh/grindy. Anyone else here have this issue?

I have very uneven wear on a rear tire. Even more on the left side. Left is cupping a lot, while right side just feels uneven if moving your hand agains it. Checked the alignment (axel marks, by string, chain stick..) and it doesn’t look to be off. Any other reason this can be? I changed tires...
