Fuel tank exchange

Does anyone knows if it Is possible to put the 6R fuel tank on FZ1? Just don't like how wide it is on FZ1...

Totally different tank...

I am pretty sure that it would look really goofy, considering the frame is wider than the 6R.

Bigger engine, needs a bigger frame to fit. I actually like the FZ1/FZ8 tank better than the FZ6R tank, I assume because I am bigger, so the skinny 6R tank never felt comfortable.

I like narrower tank than that. Like if you compare the tank of Kawa Z1000 and FZ1, you'll see how differently shaped they are. Narrower bike is easier to flip (at least to me being 5'6).

I dont think the 6R tank doesnt feel too great either. I've sat on the cbr 600RR and the tank is perfect (shapes to my body)... are all SS bikes like that?
