    Chain or rear wheel clicking

Yes. The stand is the cheapest one from cycle gear ($39.99 on Memorial Day sale). There were rubber covers around the stand surfaces but they fell off pretty much the first time I used the stand. The second time that I used it was later on the same afternoon is when i did the video. I figured...

    Chain or rear wheel clicking

Thanks Thanks everyone for replying. This actually makes sense, in the middle the cleaning, right after cleaning the chain but before lube i moved the stand as that sucker kept sliding down the swing arm. Going to get spools asap so that everything lines up and things like this don't happen...

2012 FZ6R - out the door price (if dealer made no profit)

Call them and see what your refund would be if you cancel mid-term. Savings from switching to another company may make it worth it not waiting till feb. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk 2

1st maintenance 600miles yourself or dealership

its all about your dealer This discussion reminds me that there are some bad dealers out there. The place where i got my bike was straightforward, when i asked about break-in, maintenance and warranty they just said "follow the manual". So I did and took it in for service at 595miles. My...

I usually blow out dirt/dust with some kind of compressed air right before unscrewing the plugs. Might want to add this to step 6.

Have u taken the MSF Basic Rider course

what bad habits? I am a new rider and took/passed the course a month ago. I am somewhat surprised about "bad habits" that the course supposedly taught people not to do. Everything seemed so "common sense" that to do things differently would be strange. I wonder if someone can share what "bad...

    Frame slider recommendation

I did T-Rex install this Saturday. May be i had a set from the old batch or may be the instructions were not completely corrected from what others describe, but the right and left sliders were mis-labeled (short one goes to the throttle side and longer one to the clutch side; look carefully at...
