I don't have a pic of my first bike, so here's a random pic that Google found:

1982 Yamaha Seca 750:

Mine had a windshield and a cowling around the headlight. It was a hand-me-down from my dad, and what I learned to ride on when I was 16.

1973 Honda CB350. Bone stock

1976 Honda CB750. Akront alloy rims, Dunlop K81 tires, Koni shocks, Ceriani forks, SS oil lines, nylon rear sprocket, stadium bar mirrors, clipons, custom cafe seat and rear fender, front fender and fairing. Dual front disk brakes, racing headers and pipe, rear sets, a ton of engine work and polishing.

Pfff... You got a while? I've had a few... Here goes:

First bike, back home in Holland:

Honda MTX 125, which I'd supermoto'd (didn't know what a supermoto was at the time, but I'd put the wheels out of a Honda MB-X 125 in, so I could fit sticky road ruber)...

Then, a Suzuki GS 550:

Then, an RGV 250:

Then I moved to the UK, and since I hadn't had a bike for a while (about 5 years), I thought I'd better start small again:

Honda CB 400-4 streetfightered; didn't look like this! It had a single seat, different wheels, and a LOUD pipe...

Next came this disaster:

Honda VFR 400 NC21:

Then I got a proper bike:

Suzuki GSX 750 ES. Cracking bike that was!

Then one of my childhood dream bikes, the FZX 750:

Next was a superb sports tourer, the FJ 1100 & and FJ 1200 (I'd have another one of these - great bikes):

Next was my baby... An 05 XJR 1300. LOVED that bike! Was gutted when it was written off because I slid it down the road on shoddy road repair works!

And now, my little XJ6N. Superb little machine, this. Like it a lot. Just wish it had some more power!

Hang on... Forgot one! Had this in between the FZX & the FJ's - popped the crankshaft on it doing 130MPH down the motorway! Fun when your back wheel locks up at that speed...

PS, I've skipped a few because I only had them a short time or they were too much of a ballache to mention... In order; A Suzuki GSX 750 SE Katana (Pop up Headlight), a Kawasaki ZZ-R 600. And my GSX 7/11 ET fighter, with Marzocchi forks, Dymag rims, and a played with GSX 1100 motor fitted into a GSX 750 frame, with a Metmachex swingarm. Monster machine, but no pics survive!

Some of the parts (forks & wheels) made it into this project, undertaken by OldSkool SUZUKI .info - Genetic Engineering of an Extinct Species in memory of one of the members that died:

The '78 XL250s, '81 CX500c, and '82 Vision 550 were each a year apart, starting in '80. I sold the Vision in 1987 and then a 23 year hiatus until my '09 FZ6R.

And I can't forget the very first; a 1973 Honda ST90.
