Apr 6, 2013 #22 F FastFreddy New Member You'll get better at shifting within a few days guaranteed. You can stop in 2nd. Going into 1st while stopped needs a bit more of a clunk to get in, if it feels like it won't go, roll back or forward a touch, then try. All bikes are like that.
