Question Is a power commander needed for new exhaust w/o cat?

Hey- so my bike came with the oem exhaust- except the muffler. It’s just a “shorty pipe” that’s not just loud, its obnoxious.
So, thinking I might as well get something “tastefully loud”- I’ve been looking at getting some decent R6 headers without a catalytic converter, and then one of the mufflers you all have been recommending.

I’m still just in the planning stages, so if I do this, do I need block off plates and a PCV if there’s no cat(O2 sensor?)

i’m relatively new to riding- so I probably won’t be doing much highway riding, if any, for a bit- I’m mostly going to be commuting in town…

With an R6 header and slip-on, I'd recommend a fuel controller and block-off plates.
