i passed the riding test today. only took me one try and it was all of about
3-5 minutes long. i was expecting something a little longer, although the slaloms were challenging.
i was told its hard to pass the first time, especially considering i have only had 250 miles of riding underneath me.
no worries about being stopped now.

Congrats! I took the msf about a month ago and then took the written test a week later for my license in texas. Written was only 15 questions. Only missed one. Anyways, congrats. It is nice to have!!

Way back when (1978) I was 16 took my car driving test in my mom's '78 T-Bird and week later took my MC test on my XL175, very easy then don't know about now.

It's still worth the investment to take the MSF Course. I know riders with 20+ years of experience take the class and learn plenty. They see how to do things differently, sometimes better, and they also comment on stuff they found they have done inefficiently or wrong! Down the road it can only make you a better rider. Good luck and stay safe.
