Weighted Suzuki Bandit 1200 Bar Ends Barends Black | eBay

This is identical to what I have on my woodcrafts, but I got mine from Amazon last year for about $30 shipped. The black are no longer available on Amazon. If you are okay with chrome you can search Amazon for Suzuki Heavy Bar Ends and get exactly what I got (same vendor), but they're chrome and about $30 with shipping. I prefer the black myself. The suzuki were recommended by others on another thread or 2 on here, because they fit the woodcraft bars the best.

What's the best way to remove the stock handle bar risers?

I removed mine before I put the woodcrafts on. They were held by nuts under the triple.

What do you guys think of the handling since installing woodcraft bars?
I want to do this on mine but my father says the handling will be very different.. thoughts?

It's pretty hard, what size 1/2?

I just grabbed a couple sockets and put them on there till I found one that fit.

Better handling IMO, have to make sure that the drop in the forks is exactly the same. Even being slightly off could cause headshake and tank slappers. Not gonna say how fast I had my bike, but I had no issues over the speed limit.

Yeah, black are more expensive, but the way to go. You have to add washers to them so that when mounted they sit flush. There's a thread on here about it started a while back that I used for reference and it worked well.

I'd have to agree with you, even though I have about 1 month of seat time on a motorcycle.

If you're used to riding the fz6r with stock handle bars and you're used to it you'll immediately feel a difference in turning and how it responds..

I'm pretty much used to the clip ons now and it feels really great!
