I've always had an iPhone since they came out and always used the Apple In Ear Headphones, Apple - In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic for iPod and iPhone , they fit snug and sound great and have a way to track forward, back, play, pause, volume up/down all while riding, and if you really feel the desire to answer the phone you can pull to the side of the road and do that too.:thumbup: Have worked great for me for the last three years. Plus I had a pair of them that got wore in and started messing up after more than a year of use, one day it shocked my ear
didn't hurt was just a bit uncomfortable. So I called Apple and they let me return them for a brand new pair!!:thumbup: I would highly recommend these, even though they are $80 it's totally worth itAttachments

I would really suggest a Bluetooth Speaker system if you can afford it. There are a ton of good models out there. I have the U-Clear HBC-100 and I love it. Yeah, the music quality isn't perfect, but it's good enough to keep you entertained on a long ride. The phone function also works well to answer just by saying "hello". You can hear and be heard crystal at low speeds or stopped.
