Has anyone experimented with a orange HI-Def after dark?

I'm about to buy a double lens shield for my HJC helmet for the upcoming snowmobile trip. I wanted to get this:

HJC AC-12/Carbon, CL-SP and CL-15 Helmet Dual Lens Shield - Snow - Motorcycle Superstore

I'll most likely ride at night too, and was wondering if it will be okay to go with the orange HI-def version or just get the clear and be done with.

not sure if the orange would be a hindrance at night or not - I don't think I'd want to find out though...

You could try driving with a pair of these on at night and see how they work for you:

Shooting Glasses

pretty sure you can find them cheaper somewhere - I don't remember paying more than $10 for mine but mine are hi-viz yellow shooting glasses. They were fine while driving at night as far as I can remember......although, at night on a snowmobile may be totally different
